Woodland Park Boys & Girls Club welcomed State Representative Chuck Chestnut IV as he helped the members of the Boys & Girls Club with their homework during Power Hour and celebrated Lights On Afterschool. Lights On Afterschool is celebration nationwide to call attention to the importance of afterschool programs for America's children, families and communities. He had the opportunity to speak to many kids about the importance of education and that tomorrow’s leaders are today’s learners!
