All the proceeds from the Aces for Kids tournament benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Alachua County. Our first annual tennis tournament was a huge success and had well over 90 participants ranging from beginners to professionals. We hope to continue with Aces for Kids in 2011 and make it Gainesville's largest and most unique tennis event. This year in addition to great tennis we held a fashion show featuring the latest in tennis apparel from FILA and other designers.

Sign up now for 2011!! If you are interested in Sponsorship opportunities contact Laura Javidi via email at bgcedu@windstream.net, or by phone at (352) 372-5342.

The Jonesville Tennis Center is the first public clay court facility in Alachua county. The tennis center is located within Jonesville Park, which already has soccer fields and will soon have baseball and softball fields. The park is located on CR241 which runs from Alachua to Newberry Road. The Park is approximately ½ mile south of the intersection of NW 39th Avenue and CR 241, or 1.7 miles north of Newberry Road.

The tennis center consists of 14 clay hydrocourts, including one larger “show” court, a beach tennis court, and a small proshop/restroom building, which includes shower facilities.
